Penny0 - not on a 2 week basis - all those houses for sale are not empty - they are being divested by folk who may wish to consolidate etc - when you look at 2 week horizons you miss the point about property - look at 3-5 year trends and any credible commentator will tell you there is a shortage of housing. How out of step can one be - look at the big picture - macro not micro.
