Your logic is fine. I found this on another forum. Not sure if its true but it does raise an eyebrow. Its in regards to another reason why Jervois may be trying to still get its own process in:
"We have farming friends in Young, and there are concerns re ground water contamination using the Chinese method. The new method is more environmentally friendly. I don't think there is too much doubt re Chinese involvement. Sorry you missed your trade surfa.
