    Does anyone here hold gold Certificates of Deposits?

    Are they safe to hold - will the company/bank acknowledge it. WHat if the company/bank goes into trouble?

    I guess in these days when we dont know whether a bank will stand or fall, its safer to keep physical gold in our treasure chest under the bed?
