Farmers know about farming and water is vital.
Would farmers in Young know what the Chinese process would be? You think!!
Of course there are departments such as the EPA, approvals through the DPI, environmental studies etc.
Any process would have to meet guidelines.
If you know about such things stop posting absolute crap.
