After making a few phone calls I can say that they are in a board meeting at the moment. Who knows what will transpire from that meeting. But the wording from the announcement would suggest that someone wants to take control of this company .

Control Transaction means the acquisition by a person or group of the status of a controlling person.

At what price and by whom will all be revealed in a few days time.

Whatever the outcome, we can only hope and pray that the board of directors are considering the situation of shareholders . Something which one could argue has been lacking in the past.
