The police need to learn how to apply the law properly.
I'm due in Court soon over a "burnout" offence. The police officer defined a burnout as any loss of traction no matter how momentary... The legal definition of a burnout is a sustained loss of traction. The inside wheel on my girlfriends car (BMW 325) lost traction momentarily while doing a three point turn in the wet... How can i do a burnout in a car with no power and traction control??? Luckily they didn't confiscate the car.
