your pain is real no doubt , I kick myself in the guts everyday ie "should've done this should've done that , should've realised that it was all a house of cards etc etc" but every decision can be considered differently with hindsight and the pain will ease and you will be stronger from all of these experiences........they will lead to other more "richer" ones because this has happened. there's many good people on this "anonymous" website and they care about you despite not even knowing you , so take some heart in the fact that there's a fair few of us in this together....we will get through it all and be so much wiser for it. you can't "buy" these sorts of experiences one has to "feel" them......that you are doing but it won't be forever and one day you'll look back on all of this and feel proud of the way you handled it.

keep strong mate ..... there's many behind you .... and we are all giving it our best shot , and stay in touch mate .... there's still some "work" to be done hey.
