Not if the deal involves buying HotDocs or a Health Insurer deal.
I think the drop in SP is more reflective of a combination of the low liquidity and the coronavirus sentiment.
To me the half yearly updated seems a bit rushed, somewhat aimless if I am totally honest. Might be indicative of other things going on internally at 1ST - trying to get the big projects sorted out.
ARR was up significantly in January, but we heard nothing from the company during February.
