They could offer $50 per AFGHA payable within 30 days and it would be a very cheap debt reduction plan and I think most AFGHA holders would accept in a flash.
It would cost 175M but save approximately $35M interest per annum and 175M in capital. A win win for everyone except the note holders who bought above $50. Some of those who paid $100 might even accept $50 now.
