    Sorry buddy but they can buy any amount up to a set price( last notice price was $1.0375) under listing rule 7.33. It has nothing to do with YOUR OPINION of market integrity. The rules are in place and they are following them. Maybe change your username because a market maker knows what they’re doing in relation to the market.
