I think we now know with great certainty that ASIC investigation is not routine because "suspected". I think we also know that the investigation has been going on for at least months now if not longer. It is also with regards to continuous disclosures, which by my understanding could possibly include financials. So what I am asking holders is this, why shouldn't the ASX suspend ISX or any company that is "suspected" and is being investigated by ASIC? And the period is actually wider than I thought...so not just around the performance shares issue but include everything up to 2nd of October 2019...which is around when the ASX suspended ISX.
