I would be asking in in respnose to this announcement:

"Pensador will fund Fortitude’s programmes to the commencement of copper production and development of the gold, rare earths and other minerals projects"

What insurances does CVI shareholders have if Pensador funding for the above is not SIGNED OFF? Give Fortitude a deadline for funding or return the assets with interest.
