Corona Virus and current market conditions have made this the perfect time for management to polish this turd of a deal, and what a despicable slap in the face with that comment about a 72% premium......really? What ar$ehole$.
Remember though that IDG and Baupost hold sway here and will have to vote in favour for it to pass. There may be a competing (and better) offer but for now this is as good as it gets.
