As I read it, there isn't a resolution yet and the board is considering whether to put anything to shareholders. If and when they do, the instructions for voting should be straightforward.

I'm utterly fed up with the "green" wreckers. Their total insanity and destructiveness is far more alarming than any prospect of a warmer world. Actually, the sort of warmer world predicted by the IPCC would be very welcome as just about everything about it would be beneficial.

These "green" nutcases keep referring to the Paris accord, but they obviously don't realise that the non-binding unenforceable Paris agreement was always a theatre show on the international stage, where most countries promise to do nothing, and the rest make promises they don’t keep [quote from Jo Nova's brilliant blog].

I have a new resolution for the WPL board (only a draft as yet): The company should maximise its emission of CO2 into the atmosphere and encourage its customers to do the same in order that the planet can benefit.
