you obviously don’t think the virus will effect anything to do with LTR - WRONG
* no BoD is going to jump into a TO under current market conditions, let alone a TO at full value
* force majeure
* EV demand will slow down dramatically
* supply disruption
* in terms of SP who knows, but a crash takes everything with it
