But seriously all, remember that these are "Resolutions" and generally have to call for actions. Its not really a forum for Q&A, Also, if its not on the Notice of Meeting, it is pretty much out, so it can't be dealt with in the formal meeting, and if it's unpleasant then probably not at all.

Also what has been pointed out, is correct. You must advise the company of your Agenda items prior to the issuing of the Notice of EGM.
