1 - We have extended time to secure final payment from Investors to the 9th of April 2020.

2 - SAS has secured half of money required and decided to build and launch 4 SATs .

3 - SAS as decided by recent Volatility on international stock markets , SAS will withdraw all capital Raising for the next 6 mths

4 - SAS has been notified by the ASX that the Company can relist on the 4 th of April 2020.

5 - SAS has informed the ASX that IT can not continue as a going concern and decided to go into VA

6 - SAS will continue to not release any announcements to Further Notice !
