    Castastrophy risk is now removed for two months guaranteed at least and so market risk is reduced.


    This is now a different stock than the last twelve months. The probabilities of further extensions rose.

    Even if market gets hammered tonight this will rise further. Market was hammered today and it was up 20%

    Centro WAS completely worthless, but now IS worth something and certainly more than $71m in mkt cap.

    Who really knows how much yet ?
