unfortunately buy back is nearly complete now.
unless VCX issues another round of buybacks, this support will be removed from the market, just as the real selling pressure begins.
I also heard on the rumour mill that VCX has started to give temporary rent reductions for numerous tenants to help carry them through this period.
depending on the duration of these rent reductions, rent is going to be below forecast and hence buying based on historical dividends could end up being a value trap
