What you do not know, because your a...well idiot, is that that although TS Rumanian mate has no shares, his mates hold about 18% of CFE.

The Russians with 19.9%, the Rumanian connections with 18%,
TS with 6% and as a general rule small shareholders dont normally risole directors that have made them some big money so its fair to say that TS will get many more proxies than the interlopers

Looks to me like he's home.
