Hello Hoobadriver,
It looks like from the A.S.I.C. Affidavit You Posted of that ANZ should have been in the Que with the other Creditors of Opes Prime therefore ANZ had NO Rights to Sell Down any Opes Prime linked Shares.
Perhaps,'In Order', Opes Prime Accounts should be returned to their rightful positions First and this may mean Shares been bought back on the Market.
