They need to cut down on top heavy directors salaries and consulting fees (e.g 7k a month for roadshows) until they can do a deal to get Horse Well drilled and CHK free carried asap.

Plus just let the options expire (do not re-issue) as this will cripple any upside and massively reduce the ability to raise at much higher levels to fund other projects.

The proposed spp was simply too restrictive given the potential upside at Horse Well.

Also lets hear something from the new CEO please that demonstrates management really have shareholders best interests at the heart of all their decisions.
