.. 'Eye of Darkness' by Dean Koontz was the book .. the scarily accurate details, written in 1981, include that the virus started in Wuhan, attacked the respiratory system, with no vaccine and occurred in 2020 .. amazing accuracy .. he is a novelist, writing with a science bent, with a significant science network .. I am sure we could develop a lovely conspiracy theory ..
