Given fuel supply around the globe, delivery and forward ordering can become a a large problem especially if you take into account the requirements of the mining industry on a daily basis in Australia as most mines on average would run fuel requirements of 50 to 100 thousand litres every 24hrs some require a whole lot more. Add to this refinery’s shutting down on the supply chain and it Becomes a whole lot bigger for Australia because the wise Govt of the past and present sold of our refineries and left us on the whim and a prayer that we can get oil/fuel anytime we like (I suppose Dorado)could help solve a slice of this logistical problem imho
