I've said many times that funding is still possible...just unlikely.
Funding expected by the end of November 2019 ( four weeks from note issue) has failed.... to date.... and its been a very looooong date. Now March 2020
There is no denying it.
Pretending its not a failure is to deny reality. To say there is a slim chance is... well.......only just better than believing in miracles.
