Does Fortitude hold CVI stock? Is that what you mean by CVI assets. I dont think you mean they share an asset suchas a mine. That's common. BHP and RIO share some mine assets.
Related party transactions are allowed.
Under most conditions, I understand that they need ASIC and shareholder approval.
That might be what CVI is working on in preparation for the EGM.
