Product it self is awesome if your company is big, its well worth the money but for smaller freight clearance / forwarder companies it can get quite expensive and there are products out there that does the same for a lot cheaper.

What I like about CW1 is the workflow they have in place from lodging to clearance to accounting to invoicing customers etc... its a one stop shop. its all in one place. For larger volume companies yes it is well worth it. But for smaller companies it might be cheaper to just hire a extra full time employee to perform the admin / accounting side of things while using a cheaper product.

Wisetech also charges by a yearly fee on top of a per interface message fee example from company to AU customs vice versa ( not sure if this structure is for every one that uses it)

In terms of support from Wisetech I'm personally not a fan. These guys literally provide no support for you and everything issue you log is refer to training manual.

If you have something ad hoc that you'd like the system to do for you the generic reply is we've taken your enhancement suggestion and have passed this onto our developers and You'll literally never hear from them again.
