I am not a geo so this is just a question.
The diagram shows the Residual Gravity Shell goes to 5km deep and from the surface to the top of this shell as being between 350-750m.
So with Hole 1 they went to about 1200m (well past 750m). I am assuming there is something there but could be much, much deeper than 1200m so likely uneconomic?
If this is the case with Hole 1, why would it not be the case with Holes 2 and 3?
I suspect there could be enormous riches down there but maybe 2km deep, 2.5 km deep, 3 km deep????
Or perhaps they have seen something in that 1200m hole to suggest it may be shallower elsewhere????
