Ah, but this time. Lease has been grant to Donaco until 15 June 2115. That’s 95 years.
Hence probably why Donaco pay the extra 20 million for the lease.
Before the down turn, land on the Poipet strip was $1000 per square metres. Donaco now hold 127,000 square metres of land. Leased until 2115
