Dude. We had a lease that was nowhere near expiry. Yet the vendor pulled some crazy stunt to terminate it. What's stopping him from doing the same thing again?
Perhaps alleging some illegal activities are happening on the premises outside the terms of the lease? Boom. Lease terminated, we're in the courts... again. Paying another $20m for the lease we already had is just the height of stupidity.
