Bobadah i wish this was my only red. Should have followed your lead last year, exited and re entered now as the current SP is unbelievably low. A buy in now seems an unbelievable opportunity if one believes that the project will get finance.

i am not concerned with the EIS position as it is the process but TNG's announcement is worded in a way to potentially raise unnecessary alarm. They could simply say "the public exhibition closed 21 February, The NT EPA received some public submissions and invite a reply to those submissions before moving to the next stage." "We expect to respond in timely fashion to enable the NT EPA to complete its report or alternatively request further information".

I cannot understand understand the wording of the recent announcement when there are PR peeps on board.

if the consultants, SMS, Ti-Cons and others have worked as thouroughly as we are invited to believe then any public submissions requiring comment should be capable of expert responce in short order.

The NT EPA terms of reference required to be addressed in the draft EIS submission is pretty comprehensive as appears to be the draft EIS.

Its about time for a solid BRR updating the holders on timelines and progress. Mid year not far away.. sub 7 cents is just BS.
