I think you will find he got it 100% wrong IMO.
And to top it off he abused anyone who said that we would be in the situation we are in NOW.
Funny how times have changed.
Just keep in the back of your mind that only holders who either combined or single hold 5% can ask for an EGM.
Also the company doesn't have to comply unless those parties have a substantial holders notice listed with the ASX.
Looks like we are going to find out whose right or whose been wrong really quick.
The one thing that management is running of ,is time.
