Hi kaffetasse What is the latest Top 20 you have seen? I am only going by the Annual report from towards the end of last year and he holds a little over 8 million? Unless there is an entity he also holds in that I am not aware of.
Agree completely though, either way he has significant skin in the game. Some early stage companies have massive short term incentives for directors (who are on over-inflated pay packets) where they can line their own pockets early stages and then when things go bust they still walk away well-remunerated and compensated.
Not the case here though, Roly needs to take this project to production and beyond to really get his payday - and he has purchased a lot of his shares on market.
