Some of you have heard of a huge restaurant chain in U.S.A and elsewhere by the name of Outback Steakhouse. They have hundreds of restaurant's in 50 states and recently (2007) sold out for $3.5 billion. Outback Steakhouses run 100% on an Australian theme from the menu's weird feasts, like Kookaburra Wings, Aussie Cheese Fries, The Wallaby Darned, Alice Springs Chicken,Sydney's Sinful Sundae - (just to name a few)right through to the decor. A great concept with the greatest steaks and reasonable prices BUT the only problem in true American tradition is the 15-18% tip to be paid to the waitress at the end of your meal.
The waitress gets $2.08 per hour plus the tips. Just as well for the waitress that they are mostly busy.
