Anyone knows if it is easy to get some lawyers to argue against the awarding of performance shares? Might not win it but definitely will put them on the spotlight, & might save would be investors. I am thinking of things along the lines of a trust account, utilize a trusted lawyer say at Perth, get willing holders to tip in say $20 towards the fund? I'm at Adelaide myself, but will contribute happily if a trustworthy lawyer at Perth, or some way is devised. I hsve lost a lot already, I have written off this investment, and if yhis is a con job, justice if served will provide me some comfort!
