PMS is trying to make you think that he is "in the same boat as you chaps".

Anyone buying this or feeling any sympathy? I think not.

Businessmen are generally not completely stupid as PMS would have us believe. It is a bit rich to assume that someone would agree to capitalize a placement at 2X to 3X the current market value and thinks it is a good deal.

Have these same Businessmen not seen the state of the current world economy? Who would commit funds to a spec like this at this time at 2X to 3X over the current SP?

Every placement without exception is immediately dumped onto the market at whatever price they can get for it, everytime, no exception.

This is correctly called capital raising but not at the 3B stated price, no way. All the evidence of immediate dumping is there on ALL capital raisings done this year.
