    I have seen a few takeovers but the sp was almost always closer to the TO price.

    We have 1.6 million shares at 14c on sale. If all real sellers that’s going to take a while to clear

    All in all the wide gap between the TO priice and the sp is unusual.

    it certainly presents as a significant arbitrage opportunity. In my view a good one. But I am just wondering though why I am out of step with the selling in the market?
