The conference call clarified the special dividend and total debt into mergco

Total debt will be around $4.5B given the additional spectrum payments TPG has made extra of $700M and Vodafone of $200M since aug 2018 announcement.

I think the dividend will be around $0.50, plus also receive a share distribution of Singapore.

They wouldn't advise how much this would be required to capitalise singapore but will update the market prior to the merger.
