how long is the beaconwood trial?
One would think that ANZ would need to settle that case before trial to get a mediation through with OP and clients?
The timing is tight for ANZ and FH as the date is meant to be the 15 Oct for second creditors meeting?? Beaconwood is the only case with a trial date that stands currently in the way of mediation.
