Last year it was TGA approvals, this year coronavirus. If they get a clean run, I agree.
It's all about timeframe.
As for returning capital - it's a little confusing so soon after raising. Granted, they increased capacity and have sufficient WC now, but couldn't they have just taken a short term loan to fund the deficit?
