So.... where are we at. If AVZ needs to raise funds it will get in line behind A40 / AJM / Nemaska / Anyone else ? CATL did invest in PLS - which is producing.... in its own name. No FIRB issues here. No 114 to 140 day (end of March) delay needed or required. Shareholders did not need to call FIRB on behalf of PLS either.... lolss....

This poster has written they were told 30 days backlognot 114 days to 140 days (end of march as per AVZ announcement).

Very worrying accusation...… if this is not true does it mean other info is not true?

On Funding this deal with Yinbin - 15% discount to VWAP, 10% interest = 25% funding cost over 12 months for 1 million. Seems a bit higher than PLS at 15%......
