What do you mean "China going full speed"? China's active cases has now subsided to 25,209 from a peak of over 40,000 with only 160 new cases advised over the past 24 hours. The regions to watch now are Europe and the Middle East. Europe in particular, because that is where there the most rapid increase in new cases is occurring, other than South Korea which is now the most infectious hotspot after China. Although Italy is the worst in Europe, the rate is has been increasing in France, Germany, Spain. Apart from Iran, the disease is still fairly subdued in the Middle East.
Generally speaking, it appears that containment measures are working but the very infectious nature of the virus means that it can spread around the world so long as people keep travelling. However, I judge that the containment and treatment processes being applied are keeping the lid on its multiplication.
