GHT.
A couple of months ago I wanted to try a different pillow to see if it was more comfortable.
I got one off the bed in one of the spare bedrooms.
Big mistake!!
I was quickly told that that is a guest pillow and to put it back.
I have thought about weight lifting for about 45 years now but I have not got around to it yet. Don't want to rush in and strain something.
