i do bought in Aug at i think around 68c, told my father-in-law to get in as well. Seems portfolio is pretty clean, quality Aussie properties. At the time yield was about 14% which was to good to refuse. At the current prices yield is around 11% which makes it still pretty cheap. Have no idea why the volume has increase so much over the past 2 days.
