The company will need to raise money within the next 12 months.
There are some (morons) who believe that the CR will be at 8-10c by the end of this month.
I'd be willing to bet my left testicle that that won't occur.
One of the things you need to remember about this company is that the BOD is heavily invested in this company with their own hard earned.
Consequently, they are on the "same side" as us and will act to optimise the share price.
Therefore they will try to minimise dilution by maximising the price of any CR.
This logic leads one to conclude that a CR WILL NOT precede any major announcement.
Similarly, according to the quarterly, we are expecting a pretty extensive update about the US project this month.
Having said all that though, I don't need to tell you the state of markets at the moment in what I have termed, as a homage to Y2K, the Y2DIE.
