*Manufacturing and service sectors activities indices have halved in 3 months(Dec-Feb 2020) versus 12 months ago; lowest in 20 years.
*API ( air pollution index) is lowest/best ever, due to lack of mfg/coal-burning activities.

*30000 doctors are in Hebei/Wuhan hospitals looking after undischarged 45000 covid19 patients
25000 drs have been moved from other centres.
That means millions of patients in many city/centres are untreated in Jan-Feb.
Approx 500,000 a day for last 60 days.

When did he submitted them to local NMPA (Hebei/Wuhan) for emergency pathway or approvals ?

It will take a total of <30 days fro Nmpa to clear.

Gmp was submitted to Guangzhou NMPA ( and USFDA) at least 18 months ago.
It has Europe CE Mark approval.
