You have to be joking on your a..e kissing comments on TS and the board, or... are u TS ? It's obvious that you dont know the man ,or met him,or been to S/H meetings when he and they have not kept them informed.At 7/08 meeting Burstin says no plans for cape lambert sth,next day in press,TS says 900mt worth $300 and will process with our new best mate MCC.All directors said to S/H no future plans on board have lots of $ and time to look around... low and behold.SL deals pops up and deal ann.Even IB jumped ship as TS did the MCC deal with out his consultation.Not to mention the common talk amongst S/H of back room deals with Deng and MCC (and they havent gone away).Even Deng,bless his soul,saw wisdom in sponsoring Perth Glory for $750,000...( fancy that ! ) We"ve seen constant dilution of the S/H base with an endless issue of un listed options (in IGC too).Inflated Dir fees and salaries.. for christ sake ,none of these 3 co's even produce anything or try to.They just do deals and double dip for doing the job their paid to do.Not to mention the emp share deal,,, withdrawn by board only to be issued the next week under the 15% rule and now the same thing in SL.They must have done some work on how to work the deal ie how many shares and $ so that it does not have to go to S/H.Honestly, you cant believe that they have performed well in the Deng,MCC and Evras fiasco.. if you do ,you cannot recognise under performers, poor corp gov and ethics.TS will wheel and deal to save his a..e and priveledged position ie $1M+ salary and stock options... it's like having your own piggy bank to play with. Roll on 15th meeting ,I dont mind if we replace one poor board with another, it can't get any worse,the SP of all 3 co's is ro.ted.PS.. who valued the SL project ? was it TS and his mate who owns it ? could be more slings here than done daily at RPH casualty....Not to mention the pending dispute over the SL lease.Can u see real directors eg Sir arvi Parbo,Eastwood,Forrest et al and BHP,RIO,CBA,ANZ and others behaving like this and making such bad decisions and treating their S/H so poorly... no way.Wake up Dunbum, you are looking thru rose coloured glasses you'd do better supporting Sir Les Patterson for chair of Aust Hotels Assoc or patron for alcoholics annon .I've seen too much bullshit, S/H misleading and shares being issued willy nilly (and below market prices), back room deals and big $ loss to keep my support any more.. been there since day 1 and enough is enough !PPS .. at the last meeting .. $100m dist at about 11.1c and 20c.. we all loved it and said yes yes..375m shares on issue formed the deal, now we have nearly 500m shares out there to share the dough.. no no he didnt mislead , he just forgot to mention the options and un listed shares he could sell...shafted again.
