Yep ! A lot of this is managements own doing. Spending years & years drilling with no urgency to produce cash flow. Now we are all paying the price.
Buyers are holding back to see where the price will bottom. The fact there has been a dearth of buyers for quite sometime does not help.
If this experience doesn't produce a change of methodology by management then nothing ever will.
