    I will also be voting no. I will also be seeking the minutes from their meetings, to know what was on their lunch menu (or more to the point the wine list). Beside that and (perchance) the mounting cash pile they couldn't have discussed much else.

    Not even a chairman's address in the annual report, how pathetic is that?
