Any short term money lender would charge 5% of the total loan amount, just to set up the deal.

So 5% of approx $9Mil is $450K

Then there is 3 months of interest. Which would be another $550K interest to make the $1Mil.

So if you really look at it. This brings the interest rate right in.

ITS A SMALL FACTOR COMPARED TO THE "BIG PICTURE".

WHO REALLY CARES!!! What is 1 or 2 truckloads of ore at the end of the day to pay for any extra interest, especially when ADY has Millions of tonnes of it....

Thats what PT has & we should all have in mind!
